Protest question

Which "player" of both teams? If it is game interruption then current server and next server can be recorded but we are talking about protest. I don't think we need to record ALL players positions. So, what does "player" mean here?

I would suggest score recorded as we would record time out or sub....the protest team first.  I would note what position the player in question or captain was in and then they will know the rest of the players form the rotation. 

a protest will be around a call of a particular players conduct or play and the subsequent call that was made by the ref. I would think this would be our "player'
